Confirm the fulfillment of networth criteria as per the Regulation on the basis of audited financials.
File documents evidencing presence of necessary vaults for safe custody of securities, computer systems capability, software to support custody operations required to effective discharge of your activities as custodian of securities.
Undergo a system audit prior to commencement of operations. (The scope of the audit to be defined in consultation with SEBI.)
Confirm the presence of adequate and competent persons who have the experience, capacity and ability of managing the business of the custodian of securities before the commencement of business.
