Suspension of certificate of
registration of M/s Pramod Kumar Drolia & Co., member of
CSE
The
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of
registration of M/s Pramod Kumar Drolia & Co., member of CSE (SEBI Reg. No. INB0311048310) for a
period of four months. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market
transactions, non-segregation
of clients’ funds and own funds and indulged in fund based activities.
M/s Pramod Kumar Drolia & Co., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a
Stock Broker with effect from
