SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S PRAKASH K. SHAH SHARES & SECURITIES PVT. LTD., MEMBER OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE, MUMBAI.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Prakash K. Shah Shares & Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (SEBI Regn. No. INB 010997333) for a period of four (4) months with effect from August 19, 2003. The penalty is imposed inter alia for failure to issue contract notes, dealing with unregistered sub-brokers and entering into cross deals.

M/s Prakash K. Shah Shares & Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of the Stock Exchange, Mumbai will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 19, 2003 till December 19, 2003.
