The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has vide its order dated October 29, 2002 restrained Shri. Tulsi Bhayana (SEBI Regn. No. INB170264715), erstwhile member of Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange from accessing the securities market and prohibited him from buying, selling or dealing in securities, till further orders. 

SEBI has vide order dated September 08, 2003 passed confirmatory order confirming the above prohibition under section 11 of the SEBI Act, 1992.  A full text of the order is available on the website www.sebi.gov.in.
