Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Uniflex Cables Ltd.

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T.C. Nair and  Shri M.S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated November 14, 2008, on the application of consent by M/s. Uniflex Cables Ltd., for considerable delay in making requisite disclosures of its shareholding pattern under Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 2006. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) towards settlement charges in the matter.
