The matter relates to mere technicality of not submitting certain information to the Respondent within time. There was a Regularisation Scheme and while the matter was pending in appeal the Appellant sought for regularization under the scheme and the amount that was mentioned in the scheme has been paid by the appellant and accepted by the Respondent. Accordingly the delay having been compounded under the Regularisation
Scheme and the amount being paid and accepted by the respondent the appeal is disposed of accordingly.
Accordingly the impugned order is set aside.
