1. The learned senior counsel for BSE has stated that they have communicated their decision of the delisting of the company sometime in July 2004 as was also indicated in their affidavit in response to the writ petition to the Gujarat High Court filed by appellant. In view of the submission of the appellant that they have not received any communication, three months time is allowed for the BSE to communicate the decision to them. If the appellant makes a representation to BSE, the same may be considered within this period before BSE conveys their final decision. If there is any grievance after BSE’s decision is communicated the appellant is free to take up the appeal route, if desired.
2. Appeal stands disposed of.
