Per: Justice Kumar Rajaratnam, Presiding Officer.
- This order is passed by consent of parties.
- At page 5 of the order which is under challenge in review, it is stated that there was broad consensus during the appeal in 61/2003 between parties that SEBI should either direct the party to go for a public announcement if the party is in violation of Regulation 10 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations or proceed under Section 15H(2). It was submitted by both sides, in appeal 61/2003 there was no such broad consensus and it was an order of the Tribunal. We make it clear that in appeal 61/2003 it was the order of the Tribunal on the facts of that case. This order is passed by consent of parties.
- Review application disposed of accordingly.
