               Learned counsel appearing for the parities submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter in terms of consent terms set-out in  para 8 of I.A. No. 5- application for recording of compromise between the parties.

               Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the amount, which the respondent has to pay to the appellant, would be paid within two weeks from today.

        I.A. No. 5 is allowed. Consequently, Civil Appeal also stands disposed of. Parties to bear their own costs.
