1. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the matter has come up before the Court on six earlier occasions, and there were no appearance of the appellant in spite of fresh notice issued and served on the appellant.
2. In these circumstances, no useful purpose will be served if the appeal is kept pending. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The appellant is at liberty to file a review if he is inclined to have the appeal restored and explain his innocence.
3. Registry to issue a copy of the order to the appellant by registered post.
