Appellant no.1 herein is claiming exemption from payment of registration fee in terms of a circular dated January 12, 1999 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India. Learned senior counsel appearing for the Board states on instructions from the departmental representatives who are present in Court that the claim of the appellant will be considered afresh in accordance with law.
