The dispute herein is in regard to the benefit of fee continuity as claimed by appellant no.1. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the dispute herein is squarely covered in favour of the appellants and against the respondent Board by our order dated 09/05/2006 in Alliance Finstock Limited and another v. Securities and Exchange Board of India and another, appeal no. 123 of 2004 and they pray that this appeal be decided in the same terms. We order accordingly.
