This appeal is directed against the interim order dated July 24, 2006 confirming the directions issued by the interim ex-parte order dated October 24, 2005. During the pendency of appeal the respondent Board has passed a final order on February 28, 2008. The present appeal has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. It will, however, be open to the appellant to challenge the final order in accordance with the law. No costs.
