Per: Justice Kumar Rajaratnam, Presiding Officer
Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. It is strenuously submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order was based on a broad consensus, indeed the learned standing counsel for the petitioner did not rebut this submission in his reply.
2. I have perused the order. No ground made out for review.
(Para Nos. 3 and 4 are deleted vide order Dated 24.10.05 in Review Petition No. 57 of 2005)
5. In any event, as stated earlier, without going into these technical objections, after perusing the impugned order and after hearing the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent, no ground is made out to review the order.
6. In these circumstances, the review petition is dismissed.
