We dismissed Appeal no. 85 of 2006 filed by Chirag Pujara on July 14, 2006 as infructuous because the period for which he had been prohibited from dealing in securities had expired. While recording the order Appeal no. 84 of 2006 has been mentioned therein instead of Appeal no. 85 of 2006. The prayer now made in the application is that the order that we passed on 14.7.2006 was in Appeal no.85 of 2006 and it was that appeal which had to be dismissed as infructuous and not Appeal no. 84 of 2006. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that this typographical error had crept in while recording the order.
2. The prayer made in the application is allowed and it is clarified that the order dismissing the appeal was passed in Appeal no. 85 of 2006 and that Appeal no. 84 of 2006 is pending which will come up for hearing in due course.
