            Appeal no. 103 of 2002 was disposed of on 13.4.2006 along with Appeal no. 101 of 2002.  While recording the presence of the counsel for the parties the name of Mr. Subramanian, Advocate was recorded for the appellant whereas Mr. J.J. Bhatt, Advocate appeared for the appellant.  The present application has been filed with a prayer that the name of the counsel be corrected.  The learned representative appearing on behalf of the respondent board has no objection.  Consequently, the prayer made in the application is allowed.
