Please refer to our show cause notice IVD/ID1/PKN/AH/25478/04 dated 05/11/2004 in the captioned case posted at www.sebi.gov.in as it could not be served at the last available address.
In this connection, it is informed that personal hearing has been granted to you by the Whole Time Member (Dr. T C Nair), SEBI. The personal hearing is scheduled on 25th September, 2007 at 3:05 p.m. before WTM (Dr. T C Nair) at the venue stated below:-

You are also advised to reply to the aforesaid show cause notice before the date of hearing.
You may note that this opportunity is given to you to adduce all evidences and clarifications in support of your contentions, if any for the charges leveled against you in the said case. If you do not appear before WTM on the said date of hearing, it will be presumed that you have nothing further to state and SEBI may proceed further in this matter and pass order as it deems fit based on the material available on record including your submissions made earlier.
Vide Circular no. EFD/ED/Cir-1/2007 dated April 20, 2007 (available at www.sebi.gov.in), SEBI has come out with guidelines for passing of consent orders. If you wish to avail the consent process, you may apply in the prescribed form given in the said Circular. Your application should be forwarded to the address mentioned in the said Circular under intimation to the undersigned.
