Please refer to your letter bearing no date which reached our office on December 18, 2007 requesting for a copy of the Show Cause Notice. With regard to this, please note that the said Show Cause Notice was sent to you through courier on 23/12/2003, 17/05/2004, 16/08/2004 and 04/07/2007 which were returned undelivered to our office. In view of the same, the said SCN was posted on the SEBI website on July 04, 2007. However, as required by you, we are once again enclosing a copy of the said SCN (ref no: IVD/ID7/SD/KM/98038/2007).
Your reply together with documents, if any, should reach SEBI within 15 days from the date of this letter.
