Sub: Show cause notice issued under Regulation 13(2) of the SEBI (Procedure for holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
This is to inform you that SEBI completed enquiry against you in the matter of Datapro Information Technology Ltd. and the enquiry officer recommended a minor penalty of suspension of your registration for a period of one month. Post enquiry show cause notice dated August 24, 2005 was issued to you under Regulation 13(2) of the SEBI (Procedure for holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002. However the same could not be delivered/ acknowledgement could not be obtained to/from you even after repeated attempts.
You are advised to collect the aforesaid show cause notice and a copy of the enquiry report, within 7 days of from the date of this letter, from the following address:

Please note that your explanation / reply to show cause notice should reach us within a period of 21 days from the date of this notice, failing which proceedings shall be conducted against you without any further reference to you.
Vide Circular no. EFD/ED/Cir-1/2007 dated April 20, 2007 (available at www.sebi.gov.in), SEBI has come out with guidelines for passing of consent orders. If you wish to avail the consent process, you may apply in the prescribed form given in the said Circular. Your application should be forwarded to the address mentioned in the said Circular under intimation to the undersigned.
