AND WHEREAS you were summoned to appear and produce the documents on June 25, 2007and July 3, 2007 before the investigating authority named below in person. The summons were issued vide dated June 18, 2007 & June 26 ,2007 and sent through speed post with acknowledgement due. In both the cases the summons were returned undelivered and you failed to appear and submit the documents on all the above dates.
