Sub: Personal hearing before the Whole Time Member, SEBI in the matter of Todays Writing Products Ltd. (TWPL)
This has reference to our Show Cause Notice No. IVD/ID8/BM/SGS/TWPL/78575/ 06 dated October 12, 2006 which returned undelivered with the remark “Left”. The SCN was again sent through the broker Sanchay Fincom Ltd. vide letters dated November 13, 2006 and letters dated March 06, 2006 which returned undelivered. Subsequently, you were requested to collect, within seven days, the above mentioned show cause notice vide intimation through affixture at your above address on April 23, 2007. However, the same has not been complied by you till date.
In connection with the above, you were given an opportunity to appear before The Whole Time Member (Shri V K Chopra), SEBI on 31st May 2007 at 11:00 am vide letter dated May 15, 1007 which was affixed at your above address. However, you failed to appear on this date. You are now given final opportunity for personal hearing before the Whole Time Member (SEBI), Shri V K Chopra on June 25, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Securities and Exchange Board of India, Plot C4A, “G” Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra(E), Mumbai, 400051. You may appear before WTM on the said date personally or through your authorized representative including Advocate. Kindly confirm your attendance by June 15, 2007.
If you do not appear before WTM on the said date of hearing, it will be presumed that you have nothing more to say in the matter and SEBI shall proceed in the matter and pass order based on the material available on record.

The SCN was again sent vide letter dated March 06, 2006 which returned undelivered with remark “Tejas Ghelani was staying here earlier but now he doesn’t stay here”. Subsequently, you were requested to collect, within seven days, the above mentioned show cause notice vide intimation through affixture at your above address on April 23, 2007. However, the same has not been complied by you till date.
