Please refer to SEBI letter dated May 9, 2007 affixed at your premises to collect the show cause notice issued to you in connection to the SEBI investigation into the dealings in the scrip Mazda Fabrics and Processors Ltd. The show cause notice is posted in SEBI website under the heading undelivered notices/ summons.
In this connection, I am directed to inform you that you are being given an opportunity of personal hearing before the Whole Time Member (Shri.V.K.Chopra), SEBI. The personal hearing will be conducted on October 31, 2007 at 11.00 a.m. before WTM (Shri.V.K.Chopra) at the venue stated below-

Further, you are advised to submit your reply to the show cause notice prior to the date of hearing.
You may note that this opportunity is given to you to adduce all evidences and clarifications in support of your contentions, if any, with regard to the charges leveled against you in the said case. If you do not appear before WTM on the said date of hearing, it will be presumed that you have nothing further to state and SEBI may proceed further in this matter and pass order as it deems fit based on the material available on record including your submissions made earlier.
