Please note that a Show Cause Notice was sent to you through Registered post on August 31, 2005 which was returned undelivered to our office. In view of the same, the said Show Cause Notice is now being posted on the SEBI website herewith.
SHOW CAUSE NOTICE
Your reply to the above Show Cause Notice, together with documents, if any, should reach SEBI within 15 days from the date of this letter.
If you do not reply to the Show Cause Notice as stated above, it will be presumed that you have nothing further to state and SEBI may proceed further in this matter and pass order as it deems fit based on the material available on record.
Further, vide Circular no. EFD/ED/Cir-1/2007 dated April 20, 2007 (available at www.sebi.gov.in), SEBI has come out with guidelines for passing of consent orders. If you wish to avail the consent process, you may apply in the prescribed form given in the said Circular. Your application should be forwarded to the address mentioned in the said Circular under intimation to the undersigned.
