This public announcement is being issued by M/s. Aryaman Financial Services Limited, (Manager to the Offer) on behalf of M/s. Cornhill Trading Company Pvt. Ltd., Stardom Trading Company Pvt. Ltd., and RGV Productions Pvt. Ltd. (Acquirers) and the PACs subsequent to the completetion of offer formalities, for acquiring 5,69,000 equity shares of MCL (Target Company) representing 20.00% of the equity share capital at a price of Rs. 10.00 per share for each fully paid up Equity share and Re. 2.50 per share for each partly paid up equity shares
