This corrigendum is in continuation to the Public Announcement (PA) that appeared in this newspaper on the 24th November 2003 and should be read in conjunction with the PA and the Letter of Offer being issued to the shareholders of SRF Polymers Ltd. for a cash offer at Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty only) to acquire upto 23,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, representing 36.42% of the voting capital. Please refer to the PA for any definitions/ abbreviations used in this corrigendum.

The Board of Directors of Bhairav Farms Private Limited, Narmada Farms Private Limited, Skylark Investments & Trading Private Limited and Mr. Arun Bharat Ram jointly and severally accept responsibility for the information contained in this Public Announcement and also for all the obligations of the Acquirers and the Persons Acting in Concert as laid down in the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and any subsequent amendments thereto. The other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged. The PA and this corrigendum is also available on SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
