This announcement is in continuation to the Public Announcement dated March 31, 2003 and May 26,2003 issued by Master Capital Services Ltd., ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Yokogawa Electric Corporation, 2-9-32, Nakacho Musashino-shi, Tokyo, Japan ("the Acquirer") under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation 1997 and subsequent amendments thereof ["SEBI (SAST) Regulations"].
