CORRIGENDUM TO PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE

 

SHAREHOLDERS OF SERVE-ALL INVESTMENTS LIMITED [SIL]

Further to the Public Announcement dated April 27, 2004 issued by Ashika Capital Limited to the Shareholders of SIL on behalf of Mr. Yalamati Srinivasa Chakravarti, Mr. RamaKrishna Rao Kancharla alias Ram R Kancharla and Mr. Davarapalli Venkateswara Rao alias Venkat Davarapalli [hereinafter referred to as “the Acquirers”], the shareholders are requested to kindly note the following:

 

 

1.    Point I (A) under the head “The Offer” shall be read as under:

 

“This Open offer is being made by Mr. Yalamati Srinivasa Chakravarti, Mr. Ram R Kancharla and Mr. Venkat Davarapalli (“the Acquirers”) to the Equity Shareholders of SERVE-ALL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (hereinafter referred as “Target Company” or “SIL”).”

 

 

2.    The words “Acquirer along with PACs”, “Acquirer/PACs” and “Acquirer and PACs” wherever appeared in the Public Announcement shall be read as “Acquirers”.

 

 

3.    In point VI under the head “De-listing option to the Acquirer” the following have been included: -

 

“The Acquirers undertake that they would not be acquiring any shares from the open market or other wise during the Offer Period over and above the Offer size of 20%.”

 

 

4.    Point No. VIII (j) under the head “Other terms of the Offer ” shall be read as under:

 

“The payment of acquisition -------- with in 30 Days from the date of Closing of the Offer i.e. August 17, 2004.”

 

 

The Acquirer accepts full responsibility for the information contained in this Public Announcement and also for the obligations of Acquirer laid down in SEBI (SAST) Regulations 1997 and subsequent amendments thereof.

 

 

This Announcement will be available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
