The Last Date for Withdrawal of Acceptance by the shareholders should be read as 13/03/2003(Thursday) instead of 12/03/2003 (Wednesday) as mentioned in the Letter of Offer. The other terms of the Offer remain unchanged. The shareholders may withdraw their acceptances, if they desire, on or before 13/03/2003 (Thursday).
