CORRIGENDUM
Corrigendum to the Revised Public Announcement to the shareholders of M/s. The Kadri Mills (Cbe) Ltd as appeared in this newspaper on 19.07.2003 and the relevant Letter of Offer mailed subsequently to the members of the company.
Para 22 under the heading ‘Delisting Option’ in the said Revised Public Announcement and Para 4 with the heading ‘Disclosure in terms of Regulation 21(3)’ in the said Letter of Offer stand modified as per the directions of SEBI vide its letter no. DCR/AT/15783/03 dated 20.8.2003 as under:
“In the event of acceptance of the offer resulting in the public shareholding being reduced to 10% or less of the voting capital of the target company, the acquirers will then make an offer to buy the outstanding shares remaining with the shareholders in accordance with the guidelines specified by SEBI in respect of delisting of securities.”
