ALL BANKERS TO AN ISSUE
Dear Sirs,
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the SEBI Act, 1992 as also in implementation of the SEBI (Bankers to an Issue) Rules and Regulations, 1994, all bankers to an issue are hereby advised to affix date stamp alongwith a continuous serial number generated by an automatic numbering machine (at the time of submission of the application form for public/rights issues by an investor, at the collecting branch) on the main part of the application form as well as on the perforated part which remains with the investor.
The same is effective for the issues opening on / or after 15th September, 1997. Please acknowledge receipt of this circular.
