SEBI Cause List
SEBI initiates enforcement action against entities for alleged violation of securities laws. Hearings are regularly held as part of the quasi-judicial proceedings.
In order to make entities aware of the details of quasi-judicial hearings, SEBI has decided to publish a daily "Cause-List" on the SEBI website.
Details of the quasi-judicial hearings conducted under the securities laws by Adjudicating Officers, Designated Authorities and Whole-Time Members of the Board, will be uploaded on the website to enable all stakeholders to be aware of the different stages of pending proceedings.
