Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 23, 2007 against M/s. OHM Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE). The order has been passed to the effect that no penalty be levied against the broker in the matter of M/s. Color Chips India Ltd.
