Shri M.S. Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated December 01, 2009 in the matter of IPO irregularities – Dealings by Dindayal Biyani Stock Brokers Limited, Depository Participant of CDSL, disposing of the enquiry proceeding against M/s. Dindayal Biyani Stock Brokers Limited.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
