SECONDARY MARKET DEPARTMENT (Derivative Cell)Sub : Introduction of Futures and Options on additional stocks
SEBI considered the applications made by the National Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange, Mumbai for introduction of futures and option contracts on additional stocks found eligible by the Exchanges based on the criteria laid down by Advisory Committee on Derivatives. SEBI today granted permission to the Exchanges to introduce futures and options contracts on 31 additional stocks on the F&O segment of NSE and additional 21 stocks on F&O segment at BSE. The combined list of total 31 additional stocks is as under out of which on first 21 stocks trading would be permitted both on NSE and BSE and on the remaining 10 stocks, trading would be permitted only at NSE for the present :-
