Investor Education forms a crucial part of SEBI’s efforts to protect the interest of investors in securities market. SEBI has constituted a Working Group on Investor Education to advise SEBI on matters relating to Investor Education. The Group is chalking out a Programme on Investor Education to be carried out in various media like print, radio and television. Based on its initial suggestion, a series of information brochures are being prepared. As a part of this series, SEBI has brought out an information pamphlet titled " A Quick Reference Guide for Investors" for the benefit of investors who already hold securities.
