Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 28, 2007 against M/s. Bonanza Portfolio Limited, Member of NSE and OTCEI and M/s. Bonanza Stock Brokers Limited, Member of BSE in the matter of M/s. Information Technologies (India) Limited. In case of the broker, M/s. Bonanza Stock Brokers Limited proceedings have been dropped and in case of M/s. Bonanza Portfolio Limited the broker has been directed to be careful and cautious in its dealing in securities market.
