Consent Order on the application of M/s Shakti Met-Dor Limited
in the matter of M/s Shakti Met-Dor Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated June 02, 2010 on the consent application submitted by M/s Shakti Met-Dor Limited for settlement of non-compliance of the provisions of Regulations 6(2), 6(4) in the year 1997 and of the provisions of the Regulation 8(3) for the years 1998, 2000-2004 , 2006-2008, relating to the disclosures to be made to the Stock Exchanges under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.5,55,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Fifty Five Thousand only) towards settlement charges in the matter.
