Order in respect of M/s. Jainex Aamcol Ltd. for reconsidering the exemption application by Takeover Panel
Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 15, 2010, remanding back the application filed under regulation 4(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations,1997 [Takeover Regulations] to the Takeover Panel for considering it afresh, taking into account the submissions of the acquirers. The application was filed by Mr. Bhagat Singh Dugar and Mr. Ronojoy Mazumdar seeking exemption from Takeover Regulations pursuant to proposed acquisition of 8,10,000 equity shares of Jainex AamcoI Ltd.
