Order in the matter of Kosian Industries Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 11, 2010, in the matter of Kosian Industries Ltd, restraining Shri Gautam S. Vaghasiya from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
