Interim Order cum Show Cause notice in the matter of M/s Insure Life Infrastructure (India) Limited

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an interim order cum Show Cause Notice dated May 08, 2015 in the matter of Insure Life Infrastructure (India) Limited (ILIIL) against the company and its past and present Directors under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Collective Investment Schemes), Regulations, 1999 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent And Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003.

The Registered Office of the Company is B-4 Raghuraj Enclave, G-17 Krishna Marg, C Scheme, Jaipur-302001.

The Order inter-alia directed the company and its Directors, Mr Jagdish Prasad Sharma, Ms Laxmi Khandelwal, Mr Jagdish Prasad Khandelwal, Mr Abhishek Khandelwal and Mr Dinesh Kumar Sharma :

• Not to collect any fresh money from the investors under its existing schemes.
• Not to launch any new schemes or plans or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys.
• To immediately submit the full inventory of the assets including land acquired through money raises by ILIIL.
• Not to dispose of or alienate any of the properties/assets obtained directly or indirectly through money raised by ILIIL
• Not to divert any funds raised from public at large which are kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of ILIIL;
