Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 06, 2007 against Pravin V.Shah Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., for its dealings in the shares of Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd., Adani Exports Ltd. and Global Telesystems Ltd., imposing a penalty of suspension of the Certificate of Registration of the broker for a period of one month. The order shall come into effect immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
