Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated December 26, 2011 in the matter of Sun Infoways Limited viz.,

i.   restraining Govind Chichani, Kamlesh Jain, Abhayraj Shukla, Mayrose Capfin Pvt. Ltd., Adhunik Finance Pvt. Ltd. and RS Investments from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year from the date of the order.

ii.  disposing the Show Cause Notice issued to Ashok Kumar Choudhary without any direction.

The order has come into effect immediately
