Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 21, 2012 confirming ad interim directions issued vide order dated December 28, 2011 in respect of  Almondz Global Securities Ltd., Mr. Vinay Mehta and  Mr. Sanjay Dewan in the matter of IPO of Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd.
