A panel consisting of Whole Time members, Shri. Rajeev Kumar Agarwal and Shri. Prashant Saran has passed a consent order on November 01, 2012 in the matter of “Irregularities in IPOs “. The application was submitted by Mr. Bahubali Shantilal Shah, Lok Prakashan Limited, Mr. Shreyans S. Shah and Mrs. Smruti S. Shah

The aforesaid entities collectively remitted a  sum of  Rs. 1,34,62,282/-  (Rs. one crore thirty four lakh sixty two thousand two hundred and eighty two only) towards settlement charges and Rs. 1,92,31,831/- (one crore ninety two lakh thirty one thousand eight hundred and thirty one only) towards disgorgement of the ill-gotten gains.
