Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated July 15, 2014 issued the following directions against Mr. B Ramalinga Raju, Mr. B Rama Raju, Mr. Vadlamani Srinivas, Mr. G Ramakrishna and Mr. V S Prabhakara Gupta in the matter of Satyam Computer Services Limited :-

(a)  Restrain the above named persons from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 14 years

(b)  Disgorge the wrongful gain made by them from their contraventions, with simple interest @ 12% per annum from January 07, 2009 till the date of payment.
