Terms of reference of the Committee:

1. To recommend measures for changes and improvements in market structure in view of the technological changes;

2. To advise SEBI to frame appropriate policies arising out of technological advancements in areas viz., Wireless Trading, Co-location, Algorithmic Trading, Smart Order Routing, Application Programming Interface;

3. To set standards for Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plan of market infrastructure institution;

4. To set standards for system audit conducted by the market infrastructure institution;

5. Any other matter that SEBI considers relevant or incidental thereto.
