Terms of reference of the Committee:


1) To review the risk management framework for the cash and derivatives (including commodity derivatives) segment;

2) To recommend changes if required in the risk management / margin system;

3) To recommend changes if required in the regulatory framework related to risk management for the cash and derivatives (including commodity derivatives) segment;

4) To consider and suggest measures in reducing transmission of risk from other segments;

5) To review the investor protection measure in the stock exchanges related to risk management;

6) Any other matter that committee considers relevant or incidental thereto.
