Terms of reference of the Committee:

1. To advise SEBI on projects aimed to utilize advance technologies like AI/ML, Data analytics, Cloud computing, Cyber security, 5G etc.

2. To examine and provide guidance to upgrade existing SEBI IT systems and solutions with the latest IT practices, techniques, tools and technologies.

3. To provide technical expertise to SEBI in various stages of IT solution procurement as members of Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC).

4. To provide technical insights during implementation of project including user acceptance, final acceptance, warranty initiation etc.

5. Members of IT-PAC may also be nominated in Expert Committee for dispute resolution in IT projects at SEBI.

6. Any other matter that SEBI considers relevant or incidental thereto that requires expert guidance from IT-PAC.
