public announcement is being issued by M/s. Aryaman Financial Services Limited,
(Manager to the Offer) on behalf of Mr. P.K. Mahajan, (Acquirer) & Mr.
Vineet Suchanti, M/s. Keynote Corporate Services Limited (Persons Acting in
Concert ) subsequent to the completion of offer formalities, for acquiring 17,17,580 equity shares of EPIC
(Target Company) representing 20% of the issued and paid up equity share capital
at a price of Rs. 7.80 (excluding interest)
The
offer opened on 8/11/02 and closed on 7/12/02. The Registrar to the Offer were M/s.
