Employee Profile In SEBI

1. STAFF STRENGTH, RECRUITMENT, RESIGNATION

As on March 31, 2022, the total number of employees in various grades are 980 (including employees on deputation/ contract), out of which 905 employees are officers and 75 employees comprise of secretaries and other staff. The male and female composition is 682 and 298 respectively.

2. GRADE-WISE DISTRIBUTION

3. AGE PROFILE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS

SEBI is a young and dynamic organization with around 56.84 per cent of its staff members in the age bracket of 22 - 40 years. The average age of the staff members is around 40 years. The distribution of staff members across different age brackets is produced below:
